financial: resources needed to implement
I had planned to continue the SacDoc model of developing the system on a volunteer basis. Unfortunately, the current environment is imposing
time constraints that preclude the volunteer development model. On the other hand, very little money is needed to push development into high gear in order to achieve the impossible: begin serving displaced RST patients by July 1st, 2009.
This modest investment to fund implementation from March 1st through June 30th 2009 breaks down as follows:
