financial: ongoing costs

One reason for budgeting for a full-time facilitator between now and July 1st, 2009 is that I lack the experience and expertise to estimate operating costs. Speaking only to the cost of direct provision of outpatient psychiatric care, SacDoc should be able to deliver to the approximately 9,000 patients currently in the RST system for just over five million dollars annually, or $50 per patient per month.
